SeaPort-e
SeaPort-e is a Set of Multiple Award Contracts and the Navy’s electronic procurement platform to acquire support services in 22 functional areas listed below. The SeaPort-e website (www.seaport.navy.mil) provides The Navy Systems Commands (NAVSEA, NAVAIR, SPAWAR, NAVFAC, and NAVSUP), the Office of Naval Research, the United States Marine Corps, and the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) an effective and standardized way to solicit offers amongst 1800+ SeaPort-e IDIQ multiple award contract holders. This web portal is essentially a commercial off the shelf system (COTS), allowing for secure and automated procurement processes that improve processing time.  The intuitive interface allows program managers to take advantage of the numerous reform initiatives including award term contracting, reverse auctioning and electronic signatures.   The SeaPort-e marketplace provides an efficient paperless and secure environment to solicit, submit and evaluate proposals.

Electronic FAA Accelerated & Simplified Tasks (eFAST)

Bithop Systems, Inc. is awarded Master Ordering Agreement (MOA) for Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) under the Federal Aviation Authority (FAA) Electronic FAA Accelerated & Simplified Tasks (eFAST) program.  The eFAST program is FAA's preferred acquisition vehicle for fulfilling agency small business goals.  The FAA creates multiple year agreements (MOAs) with small businesses to procure comprehensive management, engineering and technical support services.  The program offers contract and award types with fixed ceiling rates.

The IT Schedule 70 is the most widely used acquisition vehicle in the federal government, a long-term contract award administered by the U.S. General Services Administration.
